Wisteria

Standing under the patio, the sound of the bees is absolutely deafening. Feels like we’re giving back to nature. And the smell is like flower honey, so good!

So pretty! Just don't get stung, I have a irrational, hysterical fear of bees!

I love wisteria. The wisteria 400 mi. north of you haven't started blooming yet.

Wisteria is my absolutely favorite flower, well honeysuckle too. And jasmine. Doesn't have to be showy, has to have the smell going on :)

I loves wisteria but there's not much of it in Scotland :-( Last time I saw it was Portugal: www.flickr.com/photos/waveydavie/528455658/

We have a tulip magnolia with wisteria all wound through it -- amazing combination. I love really *old* wisteria, with trunks and thick vines, it feels structural. "It feels like we're giving back to nature" is the best thing I've heard for awhile, and I'll keep the concept in mind as I work in my garden today.
