Salad
Again, weird and wonderful. A caprese salad with beautiful little cherry tomatoes, pesto sauce and, instead of the traditional buffela mozzerella, these are membrane containing mozzerella liquid. There are also little air bread croutons included, so the whole experience was strange but the perfect summary of a very traditional salad.
