Happy Birthday Felicia Day!!! Hope you have a good one *<:)

  3. Wow. You’ve done a really good job. I think to try the laser hair removal because it’s much more effective, takes much less time and has permanent results. If you have any questions about laser hair removal be sure to check out my site which I’ve built specifically about laser hair removal. http://www.removehairbylaser.com/faq

I started on the last page of your blog a few weeks ago, and oddly enough, I read (and watched) all the way through your entire blog where I happened to reach page one on your actual birthday! Happy Birthday!!! It was exciting to watch you blossom over these last few years. Congratulations on your successes…

    Howdy!

Happy birthday! Thanks for being alive and being you! For what it’s worth, the projects you’ve put into the world never cease to fill my day with awesomesauce.

Happy birthday, Felicia! After all the happiness that your lovely work has provided me, I wish there was more I could do to give something back to you! Alas, being stuck up here in Canada, I won’t be amongst the lucky folks who’ll wish you a Happy Birthday in person at Vid-Con (which is probably for the best, as I’d likely end up being a stammering, stuttering pile of awkwardness if I ever saw you in person!)

That said, in honor of your birthday, I ran out to my local comic shop and picked up the awesome “The Guild: Knights of Good” compilation! Based on that sale, hopefully some of my weird multi-colored Canadian money eventually makes it across the border and lands in your pocket – though by the time it reaches you, it will probably be devalued to the point it’s worth lint, bubble-gum wrappers, and bottle-caps. Curse that troublesome exchange rate!

In all seriousness, though, I’m sure your many loving friends, family members, and fans will show you the warmth and kindness you so richly deserve – Happy Birthday and many thanks for your continued bravery and creativity! :)

I’d like to thank you for the efforts you have put in writing this website. I’m hoping to view the same high-grade blog posts from you later on as well. In truth, your creative writing abilities has motivated me to get my own blog now ;)

  10. Phillip says:

Happy Birthday Felicia, may the coming year bring you only good health, success in all your endeavours and great joy.

  11. First of all, happy birthday! My friend, Rob Mullin, met you briefly the other day at Vidcon – he’s the guy who’s working on the animated series “Scottish Ninjas”. He mentioned a documentary project we’re doing called “Since ’45″. We’d love to interview you for the project which is about recent American history, media, and technology. The film was first a 30 minute short which won a Student Academy Award back in 1979 and is still being used in classrooms today. We decided to do a follow up. People we interviewed for the first film include Isaac Asimov, the original cast and writers of Saturday Night Live, and Art Buchwald. A month or so ago we were in LA where we interviewed the President of Variety and we spent an afternoon interviewing Harlan Ellison. I hope you’ll be interested in being interviewed (questions would be sent in advance). I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this but you have my email if you’d like more information on the project. Sincerely, Michael

Hey Felicia! Wish I could come, cause I love the FLOG, but I’m too far away! Hope you have a great con, and DFTBA!

    Hello Felicia,

I am sorry to hear some d-bag was slamming on you regarding your attendance at Vidcon and your relevance in general. The dude needs to deal with his insecurities in a more healthy and constructive manner. For some reason your success, your ideas, your vision have become a lightning rod for chauvinism, elitism and general jackassery. I think that speaks well of you and your actions. If you look at who is arrayed against you it becomes blatantly obvious that you are on the side of good, of equality, of creativity and artistic expression. Your bravery is to be lauded. You are a trailblazer, and that is a rough job and can seem to be a lonely one, but you are definitely not alone, you are supported, and have and will continue to inspires others and the generations to come.

You are mighty and do great things!!!

Umm… okay, anyway, I hope you had a great time at Vidcom, wish I could have been there to meet you in person, but I am sure you brightened the hearts and spirits of everyone you did meet there. People talk about birthday gifts, but you give the gift of yourself to them every day, so thanks and cheers to being who you are and best wishes on this, your greatest year on this planet yet, and to the many more yet to come after that.

Take care and the best of good days ahead for you!

I just wanted to share this with you: 6/28 is the unique day of the year where the month and day are distinct perfect numbers: the sum of the proper factors of 6 and 28 sum to, respectively, 6 and 28. I thought it was neat, since I’m a mathematician, and I learned it when looking on Wikipedia to see if anyone notable had been born on the 28th… because my newest daughter was.

I was happy to see your name there, since I like your work. Hope you enjoyed your birthday! I know I got a wonderful present.
