Oh I wish you could come to Dallas! I missed you when you were in Austin last year.

  • Any news to come to the UK again soon Felicia?

  • Owen Marshall

I saw you at Anderson’s Bookshop in Naperville. Thank you very much for taking the time to meet us fans. You were sweet and gracious as always. I look forward to reading your book. May the rest of your tour go smoothly and may your life be filled with the people and things that you love.

I just watched you on Popsugar, and I love you all the more for helping younger girls/women to understand who really has power over themselves! I wish I could say I am a gamer. I literally spin in circles when trying to play the games my boys play! They however, get a good laugh out of watching me, so it all works out. I am a huge fan of yours, and I wish Castiel would make you his angel partner, I can hope, right? I wish you all the best short or long hair. You are a beautiful ginger, and I think your personality makes you that much more gorgeous.
    Best of luck.

    Mommy to four teenage/adult men.

P.S. I can’t wait to tell my boys your a badass gamer. They will love it, and they also love you as Charlie(SP)!

I just finished listening to your audiobook. Thank you so much for writing such a funny, honest and encouraging book!

As a middle aged geeky lady, I especially related to your experiences with depression and self doubt. I’m currently dealing with bankruptcy, unemployment, divorce, depression, chronic illness and teenage boys. Yeah! Hand me that piano! Give me another six-pack of life stresses!

Also as an Air Force brat who grew up in Texas, former classical musician, and non-profit professional doing impossible things, your experiences spoke to me.

If you never want to run away again. Come to VT – it’s a cure for your blues. Not sure you’ll ever read this, but I appreciate your accessibility.

My husband and I finished your audio book yesterday. We REALLY enjoyed it. I’m a 60 year old woman who has never played a video game, however I do play the BEST card game in the world – duplicate bridge. I’m writing this because our bridge community desperately needs more young people to join our game, and your name came up on a thread as someone who could really help get the word out TO YOUNG PEOPLE about how much fun it is. So I’m begging you to investigate duplicate bridge by checking out our on-line playing site called BBO (bridge base online) and the ACBL (American Contract Bridge League) site. If you learn the game I am 99 percent sure you will LOVE it and it will change your life. Also, there almost certainly are duplicate clubs near you, where you could take beginning bridge lessons and play bridge. Most people there will be retired and will probably not know who you are, so you will be anonymous. If you just give it a chance, I’m sure you will become addicted, which will be a good thing, and then you will WANT to get more young people to try it. (By young I mean anyone under 50.) So PLEASE check it out. One more thing: here is how Omar Sharif felt about bridge: Asked once why he spent so much time at bridge when he could have been making movies, he answered, “The real question is why I spend so much time making movies when I could be playing bridge.”

  • Overall it was a great experience.
