Just as sweet as I was expecting (my expectations having been in the 11/10 range). Looks funny, well-acted and surprisingly high-budgeted – but then, I have no idea what the average webseries budget is these days. I look forward to songs, funny, touching romance, and more truck-bashing via Nathan Fillion.
That’s… not what I expected. I thought about something like a no budget almost home video look, no locations beyond a backyard and basement and no stunts or effects worth mentioning. And now I sit here thinking “oh, color timing.. wait, that looks pretty professional”.
Yay! I’m so glad you like it! There’s really no publicity budget, so if you guys could spread the word however you can, embed the video, contact blog writers you know, that would be fab! I love how Joss is doing something no other mind-blowingly successful creator would do in Hollywood, let’s help him make it huge!

I’m totally there with this one. I tend to be a fan of anything with superheroes, Neil Patrick Harris, that guy from Firefly and especially Felicia Day.
I’m blabbing about it all over.

This day is kind of symbolic for me, for a happy reason and a sad one. So, as it should always be i will start with the happy news. On this day the internet musical that changed the way i look at all internet shows and joss whedon was first publically known by my friends.(really just the one of them…) however i did not know this yet. And the bad news is this is also the day of my mums funeral. I was 12. This day and those following changed my perspective on almost everything. I ridiculed vulgar comedy, and almost completely encapsulated myself in the world of the fictional. By the end of the next year dr horrible was what i used to cope. That, for me marked a change. I found i could laugh again, and i think that is mostly due to the things i surronded myself with. The writing of joss whedon and the acting of nathan fillion, NPH and you carried me through my withdrawal. Pretty soon i was hooked on the guild. I emplore you to keep up the good work, and, happy birthday for three days from when this thread was published.
